Testimonial - DocMorris

At DocMorris we have introduced RPA over UiPath with Tom from Extintus in 2019 and have automated a couple of (sub)processes as part of a trial. After this trial we were hungry for more and have automated more processes.

The cooperation with Extintus has been excellent from the start. The approach is very hands-on and one gets results rather quickly. Furthermore, together with Extintus we have organized a training in RPA, which was presented by Tom, that has given my colleagues not only a nice insight into the limitless possibilities of the robot, but also some basic knowledge of how to program the robot yourself.

In the last couple of years we have transferred several manual, mind numbing and time consuming processes to the robot, which lightened the work load for my team and making their jobs more interesting, giving them more time to do what they actually would like to do.

For every job that is now performed by the robot, together with Extintus we analysed the current situation, defined our target situation and the steps to be taken to get from one point to the other. In some cases, the job to program required quite some programming. Luckily this was done by Extintus and in close collaboration with my team, tests were performed and the development was further refined. Other jobs only required very limited time. Another good thing is that Tom works with building blocks, being little pieces of automation that can be used for various processes. For example, a certain download from our ERP system could be required in several automated processes. By using building blocks, this piece of automation can be used and re-used over and over again.

All in all I am very pleased with the work done by Extintus, the attention we get from them, the response times and their structured approach to tackle automation issues.
